SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 48 Hours. Expediated orders are processed within 1 business days.
US & CANADIAN ORDERS:
All Canadian and US orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator or Chitchat. In some peculiar cases, such as remote areas, we would ship only via Canada Post.
All packages are shipped with care in padded envelopes or boxes. We offer free shipping on orders over $99 USD / $99 CAD within Canada and the continental United States only. All orders that don't qualify for free shipping are charged a flat shipping rate of $14.99 USD / 14.99 CAD for standard shipping and $ 27.99 USD/ $27.99 CAD for expediated shipping. Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping because the products are heavily discounted already.
All claims involving lost, damaged or stolen packages must be resolved with UPS and Canada Post directly. Shipping updates are issued as soon as we start processing the order, and may a few days to update in the UPS / Canada Post online tracking tool.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All international orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator or Chitchat. All packages come with a tracking number to enable our clients track their packages online. The buyer is responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply at Customs in your country. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office. We will ship any products you order to the address you provide.
The responsibility is yours to check with your country's customs office to verify that your products can clear customs.
