Order Processing

All orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase.
Expedited orders are prioritized and processed within one (1) business day.

Processing times apply Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

Shipping Within Canada & the United States

All Canadian and U.S. orders are shipped using trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or Chit Chats.
In certain circumstances, such as deliveries to remote or rural locations, shipments may be fulfilled exclusively through Canada Post.

Each order is carefully packaged in protective padded envelopes or shipping boxes to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping is available on orders over $99 CAD / $99 USD within Canada and the continental United States.

  • Orders below the free shipping threshold are subject to:

    • Standard Shipping: $14.99 CAD / $14.99 USD

    • Expedited Shipping: $27.99 CAD / $27.99 USD

Please note that wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping, as these products are already offered at discounted pricing.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been processed, shipping confirmation and tracking details will be provided via email.

Tracking updates may require several business days to appear within the carrier’s online tracking system after shipment has been dispatched.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

All shipments are handled by third-party carriers. Any claims related to lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be filed directly with the respective shipping carrier (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or Chit Chats).

Biolla Cosmetics is not responsible for carrier-related delivery issues once packages have been transferred to the shipping provider.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or Chit Chats, and all shipments include tracking information for online monitoring.

Customers are responsible for complying with all customs regulations, import restrictions, duties, taxes, or tariffs applicable within their destination country.

We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order to confirm that purchased products can be successfully imported.
